Cordaid Memisa in Malawi on Net 5 television

Tragpi is cooperating with Cordaid Memisa in Tanzania to help improve the accessibility of healthcare. However, Cordaid Memisa also initiates projects in other developing countries, such as Malawi.

As of Sunday, October 4th, Net 5 will broadcast the new TV series "Erik & Sascha in Africa". During two weeks Erik van der Hoff and his 16 year old daughter Sascha visited Mua Hospital in Malawi. In the TV program they follow the people in and around the hospital and report on their experiences. The series will be broadcasted every Sunday at 19:00 hrs.

The TV program was produced in close cooperation with Cordaid Memisa, who has been supporting Mua Hospital for several years. With the program Cordaid Memisa wants to introduce its work in Malawi to a larger audience. The series was mainly funded by NCDO and the "Nationale Postcodeloterij". Cordaid Memisa itself only made a small financial contribution. In the commercial breaks a fund-raising appeal will be broadcasted.
