Seminar "DOT in hospitals"

The Study Center for Organisations and Government (SBO) organises a seminar on the implemententation of the DOT-system.

The implementation of the DOT in 2011 implies a major change in the DRG-system. Hospitals fear financial chaos. Besides the introduction of performance funding and care products of DOT, hospitals must continue the use of DRG's. The introduction of the DOT is a development that needs proper preparation.

During the seminar "DOT in hospitals" several speakers will answer questions like

• what is the first experience of the pilot hospitals
• what are the consequences for the cost price calculation of care products
• what are the effects for medical specialists

Nico Klay, director of Tragpi, will speak on the subject of quality, benchmarking and the DOT.
