Practical experience

Director and co-founder of Pi® Care since 2007; Senior advisor, Plexus Medical Group (2005-2008); Co-founder and project manager, Kliniek voor Functionele Aandoeningen i.o. (2005-2007); Consultant for incoming CFO, Fortis ASR (2003); Strategic Management Consultant , McKinsey & Company (2000-2002).

In her career, Judith has employed her strong quantitative and analytical skills to analyze hospital performance and processes in a powerful way. Her knowledge consists of both care indicators (quality, logistics parameters) as well as financial indicators (key parameters of cost to margin). Besides that, Judith has a great amount of practical experience in the complex problems hospitals have to cope with. Achieving optimal and valid high quality information based on large, often incomplete and somewhat contaminated data is her core competency. Her knowledge of what type of questions can be answered based on LMR and DBC information, which questions can’t, and what degree of reliability, is unique in the Netherlands.
