Nico is a developer of efficiency and safety benchmark for various hospital departments like OR, ER and radiology. He was projectleader of many large change projects in hospitals (efficiency improvement, business process optimization and redesign, care logistics and capacity development for hospital facilities). As entrepreneur, financial and general manager, Nico is involved in businesses like Plexus Medical Group and Zorgdomein. He has 5 years of experience as strategic planner, product manager and business unit manager for international Sandoz and account director for advertizing agency Spring Communication.
