DHD (Dutch Hospital data)

DHD (Dutch Hospital Data) is a foundation established by the NVZ-assocation of hospitals and the Dutch Federation of Academic Medical Centre (NFU).

This foundation manages and maintains rural collected hospital data. Also a number of existing collected data as year investigations, LMR/LZI and the DIS will be organized and managed by DHD. NVZ and NFU have been discussing for some time about cooperating in the field of information management and data control. Besides joining forces, efficiency in the enactment of several tasks for information management is a reason for the establishment of DHD.
