Management change at Tragpi

Tragpi is market leader in the field of management information for hospitals. More than 80 Dutch hospitals and a number of international hospitals use the information of Tragpi about costing models, quality management solutions, market analysis and personel efficiency. Recently Tragpi became market leader in the field of managment information in the Irish private healthcare branche.

During the impetuous growth of the organisation in the last year and a half under the supervision of drs. Nico Klay (49) Tragpi has worked really hard to strengthen the internal processes. All this in order to further optimize our services for clients and to intensify relations. With these developments a strong middle management is created which is perfectly able to organise daily processes and ensures further growth and development of Tragpi. At this moment more than 35 employees work at Tragpi.

The internal management of Tragpi has been professionalized in the past few years and the IT processes and datastreams standardized. The successfull growth of new clients, development of new and improved products and the recruitment of new employees has resulted in a healthy organization. Nico Klay has therefor decided to hand over his tasks to the co-directors Steven Lugard (45) and drs. Holger Wagenaar (42).
