Preparing for the next Tanzania visit

Our next visit to Tanzania has been scheduled for the beginning of July 2009. During this visit the participating pilot hospitals in the Lake Zone (near Lake Victoria) will be visited.

Like most of our clients in The Netherlands, the hospitals in the pilot project have been asked to provide us with data on production and costs in 2008. These data will be processed at our office in Zeist and the results will be presented during our next visit to the hospitals. The results will also be compared to the results of previous years. This should give us an interesting insight in hospital trends and allow us to benchmark their performance!

After our visit in July we will be able to present a report on the results and conclusions.
